Terms & Conditions - the basics

This website is owned and operated by Nabella Body Studio. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors beauty and wellness services, including but not limited to body sculpting, facial treatments, post-operative care, and more. By accessing or using the website or our services, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who Can Use Our Website

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right, and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

Any claims or disputes shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction in Louisville,Kentucky.

This includes but is not limited to: Internet protocol (IP) address, email address, password, purchase history, and more. Additionally, we may use software tools to measure session information such as page response times, length of visits, and methods used to browse away from the page. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform, which provides the online platform for selling our products and services. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and applications. Wix.com stores your data on secure servers behind a firewall. Payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to PCI-DSS standards, ensuring the secure handling of credit card information.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and/or services if, in our sole discretion, you violate any of the terms and conditions outlined here. You may also cancel your account at any time. Please note, subscriptions will continue until the end of the current payment period.
